Hey Brad I would take 1325.00 cash. What you don't see in the photos is the mag brakes (one with an envy lever), and the Sherman fork as I photoed the bike after fitting a new fork and brake set to it. I Did not want the pictures to be misleading. The bushing kit is almost new and the bike is in excellent shape as I work for a bike store doing there in house graphics. Now you really should not purchase this bike if you are taller than 5'6". I am 5'5" and only a 122 pounds. The SPV valve on the Sherman is still fine, which was one complaint about the fork as bigger guys blew it up almost immediately (as it is situated at the bottom of the fork I believe). Mark
